At H4L we have a vision to become self-sustainable in food production. Early impression from the farm indicates that this goal is achievable in the near future. In less than a year period our farm is already supplying the orphanage with vegetables and other food crops.
This year we embarked on including goats, fowls and snails to the farm. We are glad to let you know that we are near achieving these milestones. The fence is ready, we just need to bring in the livestock. Both the poultry and the snail pan are 75% completed.
The fun part of all this is that our children enjoy having fresh food from the farm served to their plates everyday.
