On Monday, September 30th, something truly special unfolded at Hope 4 Liberia. Our children achieved a milestone that filled us with immense pride—they read an astonishing 65 books during the month of September! Yes, you read that right—65 books! But this celebration wasn’t just about numbers; it was about cultivating a love for reading, nurturing lifelong learners, and watching our children grow into confident, curious readers.
To celebrate this incredible achievement, we threw a party that was nothing short of unforgettable! Imagine the joy, the excitement, and of course, a sea of books! We kicked off the event with a vibrant parade, where the kids proudly held up their favorite books and sang with enthusiasm. You could almost hear the chants through the photos: “Super Readers, Smart Kids!” Their joy was infectious, and the smiles on their faces lit up the entire room.
Each child received a certificate for their hard work—because let’s face it, who doesn’t love being recognized for a job well done? With certificates in hand and hearts full of pride, our children left the celebration feeling empowered and motivated to continue their reading journey.
The book exhibition was another highlight of the day! We set up a special corner to display the books they had read, and the kids couldn’t wait to show off their favorites.
