A Christmas Vacation Full of Joy and Celebration

The Christmas season is in full swing here at Hope 4 Liberia, and our children are diving into two weeks of Christmas-themed activities that celebrate the season’s true meaning—love, joy, and togetherness. From the early morning to the evening bonfire, every moment has been designed to fill the children with the spirit of Christmas and create cherished memories.

A Packed Schedule of Fun and Creativity

We’ve put together a dynamic daily schedule to keep our children engaged during this festive season. Each day begins with a Christmas arts class and Bible lesson, reminding the kids of the biblical story behind Christmas. From there, the fun takes off with cooking sessions, and movies that bring everyone together in a joyful atmosphere.

Today’s activities included a Christmas art class where the children crafted angel ornaments, filling the room with their laughter and creativity. Our cooking class followed, giving the kids a chance to learn and participate in making personal pizza and cookies for the family that added a delicious touch to the day. In the afternoon, we gathered for a Christmas movie—a moment of warmth and shared smiles as the children enjoyed the story on screen.

Tonight, we’ll cap off the day with Christmas songs and a bonfire, lighting up the evening with music, togetherness, and the glow of the fire.

A Celebration with a Purpose

This vacation schedule is more than just about fun. Each activity has been planned to help the children grow—whether it’s learning new skills in the kitchen, working together in group games, or understanding the heart of Christmas through Bible lessons.

As we look forward to the coming days, there’s so much more to come: decorating cookies, sharing in a special Christmas supper, and celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ with songs, gifts, and stories.

A Season of Gratitude

We’re so thankful for the opportunity to pour into these children’s lives, showing them the love of Christ during this season of giving. It’s a joy to see their smiles, hear their laughter, and know that they are growing not only in knowledge and skills but also in love and faith.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to celebrate this special season with our children.
